We deliver to the UK and throughout Europe (except Switzerland).
We deliver Monday to Friday with the exception of Bank Holidays.
Deliveries to the UK
We deliver free of charge to the UK.
We aim to deliver your purchase within 2-3 working days after receiving your order confirmation and payment.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a message with a tracking number, a message with an out for delivery date and estimated time of delivery. This will be followed by a message that will confirm when your package has been delivered.
Deliveries to Europe
We charge 6 Euros to deliver to Europe.
We aim to deliver your purchase within 3-5 working days after receiving your order confirmation and payment.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a message with a tracking number which you can use to follow your Kivu package from pick up to delivery. This will be followed by a message that will confirm when your package has been delivered.
Please note: the products will be delivered to the address stated by you when completing your order on our website. You undertake to supply the exact delivery address when placing your order for the products, which can be different to the billing address you provide.

We can offer a refund for products bought from www.kivuskincare.com only if the items are unopened and unused.
In accordance with Consumer Protection Legislation, you have the right to return the products within fourteen (14) calendar days, beginning on the day you received the item(s).

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. Please use the return label included in your original order. We recommend re-using the box you received your Kivu items in to send your return. Please retain proof of posting / sending.
Once we have received your return, we will check it and process your refund within 14 working days.
Upon receipt of your order please check that the items you receive are those that you selected online.
Damaged Items or missing items
We ask that any issues with your order (missing items, products damaged in transit etc.) are brought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery. Please send an email to email@example.com with your order number, name and address.
A full refund or exchange will be issued for any damaged or defective products. We will replace missing items lost in transit.
